Healthy Life Style

Die dah tak keje! yeahh. :) sy yg happy lebih.haha,, sbb die blh tmn sy jog pagi2.

SAYA NAK MENGAMALKAN GAYA HIUDP SIHAT.


Every morning ktorg akn joging kat stadium ini. :)
Routines Hidup Sihat: 1) pagi n petang at least spend one hour bersenam, any type of excersices or outdoor games. 2) cut down portion of food, slme ni sy mkn dlm BIG PORTION. hehe. 3)more fibre n milk. :)

That's all i can plan rite now. i hope i can follow the routines :) n i will show THE KURUS IZYAN, soon, hehe. actually, sy bkn nye obses nak kurus. just nak sihat n buang sedikit lemak di paha, haha.



Smlm, kitorg try masak kari. mak ubai bg ikan suro bljr masak kari. :) heheh. The Kari was quite okay, i guess. SEDAP KAMI MENIKMATI LUNCH SMLM atas titik peluh sendiri. Tukang masak lauk2 ni. SY N UBAI. Tukang masak nasi dan buat air adalah Faiqa. :) SEDAP OO airr. hehe. manis. haha


Tapi my dad kte terlebih rempah ckit. but it was a good start. :) thumbs up!


Selain itu, kami juge masak sambal sotong. nyummy~pedas. n satu lagi mknn nye ialah ayam cincang bersaluti serbuk roti. Disebabkan sy tidak disarankan bekerja oleh parents so symmg target sy cuti ni nak bljr msk sebanyak mne yg boleh. :)
